I need a good chili recipe please?
Never cooked chili before, but I want the first time very good taste. I plan to respond better, but never I had chili before, so I guess it depends on you the people of Yahoo! to vote!
Too bad he did not say if you like yours hot and spicy or mild. more I can make a very good chili that everyone likes. It's simple and delicious. My version is as soft as I do for children in the house, but you can always spice it up easily by adding some cayenne or jalapeno peppers or extra chili powder if you like yours hot. Lori's Chili 3 pounds ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 quart (32 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes at home, or its equivalent in cans diced tomatoes 1 can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 1 can chili beans's Bush (mild, medium or hot) 1 liter of water 1-2 packages of chili powder mixture of chile O-(I usually use 1 12 / packets) biscuits (crackers, Ritz, oysters) cheese shredded cheddar or Jack cheese-Co (8 ounces or more) in Dutch oven or large pot 6 quarts others, brown ground beef with onions, drain fat and return meat to pot. Add the tomatoes, two cans of beans and water and mix well. Add the chile-O mixture and mix well. If you try to add other ingredients to your taste (jalapeno peppers, green peppers or mushrooms) add these now. Stir and simmer over medium heat. Once boiling, simmer for an hour or more before serving. This also can be mixed and placed in a clay pot to simmer for a few hours until needed. Serve with crackers and shredded cheddar cheese or Co-Jack cheese. Delicious!
