Barbie Ponytail

I have a Barbie with a solid brand and R in a circle. How can that be?
She has the face of a # 4 with a solid body. She does not smell of wax. He arrived dressed in a suit of black and white stripes. She is a beige color, even pleasant, without discoloration. She has met scalp in the cauda equina. She has no face oily. Everything about it says # 4, except that Mattel says that the mark on the bottom, which is the R in the circle is a number 5 or later. I'm not exactly sure what this all means, but it seems you're saying is that Barbie is a registered trademark, and intellectual property what it is.
