When you choose loose joints, your doll cannot pose or stand.

NOTE*: Real Oral Sex (ROS) includes the ultra-realistic oral cavity, flexible tongue and jaw, and real oral sex channel. Currently, it is only available for heads #85, #120, #159, #198, #266, #273, #398, #400, #432, #436, and #452. Hair transplants are not allowed if you choose ROS.
